We supply consumers-private-customers and commercial-company buyers.

We recommend that all Consumers-Private-Customers (B2C) create a customer account (consumer account), which gives you an overview of the order history at all times.To do this, please go to the top line in the shop and select “My account”. As the first checkbox “I am” please select “Private customer”.

Unfortunately, we can no longer add a guest order to a customer account that was created later.

Buyers from Commercial-Company (B2B) who want to buy without german VAT - (Company with Commercial-Country-VAT-Identification-Number) need to create an account in our webshop. To do this, go to the top line in the shop and select “My account”. First checkbox “I am” please select “Company” and most important, please write us your country VAT number.

If your VAT number is acceptable and everything is in order, we will ship without charging German VAT, provided the ordered products are shipped directly to your destination country.
If the ordered products are delivered to an address in Germany, we have to charge the German VAT. In this case, we can refund you the VAT as soon as you can confirm receipt in the country of delivery from the executing forwarding agent with a confirmation of arrival. If you import your own goods without a forwarding agent, you can have this confirmed by an authorized tax authority in the receiving country.
