Delivery always to curbside, your delivery address must be reachable by a large truck
The offered products are shipped by logistic companies (mostly with semitrailer) or parcel service.
Delivery is made to any deliverable address, which is directly accessible by truck / semitrailer. Alpine huts, lighthouses + islands without direct access please ask delivery extra costs, we will provide an offer at short notice.
Delivery time / shipping time: We only count working days (Monday – Friday), excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
The delivery to the place of use, as well as assembly and the disposal of the packaging material including the shipping pallet are not included. We can only provide delivery on the desired date by special arrangement and only at an additional cost, in this case we ask for your timely request. Warranty claims and repairs are fulfilled in Germany
Subsequent changes to the billing address will be charged with an expense fee of 35,70€.
When shipping abroad (outside Germany), the delivery time is automatically extended, purchase on account is not possible in this case

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer this service to private customers (B2C).

Vos frais de port sont calculés en fonction du code postal (CODE POSTAL) puis affichés après saisie. Si vous optez pour le paiement express PayPal, les frais de port les plus élevés seront affichés en premier, et lors du paiement et de la commande, ceux-ci seront ensuite corrigés à l'aide du code postal.

L'achat sur facture n'est pas possible. lors d'une expédition vers la France, le délai de livraison est automatiquement prolongé de plusieurs jours.

Les marchandises sont expédiées sur une palette jusqu'au bord du trottoir, l'élimination de la palette et du matériel d'emballage n'est pas incluse. Entreprises disposant d'un numéro de TVA (par exemple TVA = FR), merci de bien le préciser. Refuges alpins, phares + îles sans accès direct, veuillez vous renseigner sur les frais de port supplémentaires.

Les acheteurs commerciaux qui souhaitent faire des achats sans TVA allemande (société avec un numéro de TVA) doivent créer un compte dans notre boutique en ligne. Pour ce faire, rendez-vous sur la ligne supérieure de la boutique et sélectionnez ""Mein Konto"". Comme première case à cocher ""Ichbin*"", veuillez sélectionner ""Client commercial (entreprise)"" et surtout écrivez-nous votre numéro d'identification fiscale.

Si votre numéro de TVA est acceptable et que tout est en ordre, nous expédierons sans facturer la TVA allemande tant que les produits commandés sont expédiés directement dans votre pays de destination.
Si les produits commandés sont livrés à une adresse en Allemagne, nous devons calculer la TVA allemande. Dans ce cas, nous pouvons vous rembourser la TVA dès que vous pouvez confirmer la réception dans le pays de livraison par le transporteur exécutant avec une confirmation d'arrivée. Si vous importez vos propres marchandises sans transporteur, vous pouvez le faire confirmer par une autorité fiscale compétente dans le pays de destination.

The costs for Swiss VAT and the costs for import clearance are to be paid directly to the carrier/freight forwarder.

The Swiss-VAT is 7,7% and the import clearance will be between 50,00 CHF and 100,00 CHF.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed daily (Monday-Friday) from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, at normal capacity according to the order of receipt of order and payment.

You will receive a separate order confirmation with the delivery time (in calendar week).

Note for all delivery time information: Our working days are from Monday - Friday.
